Términos de uso de DrumCoach

Vigentes desde el 29 de octubre de 2026

Al usar DrumCoach aceptas estos términos. En iPhone, iPad y Mac también aplica el Acuerdo de licencia estándar de Apple para apps (EULA), y en Android los Términos del Servicio de Google Play.

DrumCoach Premium

• Premium es una suscripción mensual con renovación automática que se compra en la app, a través de la App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac) o de Google Play (Android), o en la web, a través de Paddle. El precio en tu moneda es el que muestra la tienda antes de que confirmes la compra. Una vez suscrito, Premium funciona con tu cuenta en todos tus dispositivos y en la web.
• Incluye una semana de prueba gratis la primera vez que te suscribes. Si no cancelas antes de que termine, se cobra el primer mes.
• El cobro lo hace la tienda donde compraste (Apple a tu cuenta de Apple, o Google a tu cuenta de Google) al confirmar la compra y en cada renovación, a menos que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del fin del periodo.
• La suscripción se administra (cancelar, cambiar el método de pago) solo donde la compraste, y puedes cancelarla cuando quieras. Sigues teniendo Premium hasta el final del periodo pagado.
  • iPhone o iPad (App Store): en el dispositivo, Ajustes → [tu nombre] → Suscripciones → Drum Coach.
  • Android (Google Play): en la app de Google Play, tu perfil → Pagos y suscripciones → Suscripciones → Drum Coach.
  • Web (Paddle): en drumcoach.estoyprogramando.co, Cuenta → Suscripción → Administrar suscripción.
  Una suscripción comprada en el iPhone o en Android no se puede cancelar desde la web ni desde otra tienda.
• En la web, nuestro revendedor oficial es Paddle.com, que procesa el pago, emite la factura y gestiona los impuestos; aplican también sus términos para compradores.
• Los reembolsos de compras en la App Store o Google Play los gestiona esa tienda, según sus políticas. Las compras en la web puedes pedir que se reembolsen dentro de los 14 días siguientes a cada cobro, escribiendo a paddle.net o a [email protected].
• Premium incluye guardar más de una canción propia (hasta 50 a la vez) y sincronizar tu progreso entre dispositivos. Podemos mejorar o cambiar las funciones incluidas; si un cambio reduce lo que pagas, te avisaremos con anticipación.

Tus canciones

• Solo sube música que te pertenezca o que tengas derecho a usar. Eres responsable de lo que subes.
• Sigues siendo dueño de tus archivos. Nos das permiso únicamente para guardarlos y procesarlos (separar la batería, detectar el pulso) para que tú los uses en la app.
• Tus canciones son privadas: no las compartimos ni las mostramos a otros usuarios.
• Podemos borrar contenido que infrinja derechos de terceros si recibimos un reclamo válido.

Uso aceptable

No intentes acceder a cuentas o datos de otros, sobrecargar o atacar el servicio, ni usarlo para fines ilegales. Podemos suspender cuentas que lo hagan.

El servicio

Hacemos lo posible por que DrumCoach funcione bien, pero se ofrece “tal cual”: la separación de la batería y la detección del pulso son automáticas y pueden no ser perfectas, y el servicio puede tener interrupciones. En la medida que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables por daños indirectos derivados del uso de la app.

DrumCoach Terms of Use

By using DrumCoach you agree to these terms. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, and on Android the Google Play Terms of Service.

DrumCoach Premium

• Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased in the app, through the App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac) or Google Play (Android), or on the web, through Paddle. The price in your currency is the one the store shows before you confirm the purchase. Once you subscribe, Premium works with your account on all your devices and on the web.
• It includes a one-week free trial the first time you subscribe. If you don’t cancel before it ends, the first month is charged.
• The store you bought from charges you (Apple to your Apple Account, or Google to your Google Account) when you confirm the purchase and at each renewal, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your subscription is managed (canceled, payment method changed) only where you bought it, and you can cancel anytime. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
  • iPhone or iPad (App Store): on the device, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Drum Coach.
  • Android (Google Play): in the Google Play app, your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Drum Coach.
  • Web (Paddle): at drumcoach.estoyprogramando.co, Account → Subscription → Manage subscription.
  A subscription bought on iPhone or Android can't be canceled from the web or from another store.
• On the web, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles taxes; its buyer terms also apply.
• Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by that store, under its policies. Web purchases can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of each charge, at paddle.net or by writing to [email protected].
• Premium includes keeping more than one of your own songs (up to 50 at a time) and syncing your progress across devices. We may improve or change the included features; if a change reduces what you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance.

Your songs

• Only upload music you own or have the right to use. You’re responsible for what you upload.
• You keep ownership of your files. You only give us permission to store and process them (separating the drums, detecting the beat) so you can use them in the app.
• Your songs are private: we don’t share them or show them to other users.
• We may remove content that infringes someone else’s rights if we receive a valid claim.

Acceptable use

Don’t try to access other people’s accounts or data, overload or attack the service, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

We do our best to keep DrumCoach working well, but it’s provided “as is”: drum separation and beat detection are automatic and may not be perfect, and the service may have interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
